About Me

I am Deb Hall and if you are looking for a friendly, warm, relaxed and natural vibe to your photography experience then I am your photographer in Nottingham.  I am fully trained in the art of pregnancy, newborn baby, child, family and personal branding photography.

I created Fairy Nuff Photography when I was on maternity leave as a way of preserving my family’s precious memories. Since then I have become one of Nottinghamshire’s premier maternity, newborn baby, child and family photographers. I have been published in both print and digital magazines and nationally awarded in the fields of pregnancy, baby and child photography, including being a finalist for Maternity Photographer of the Year.  Recently I was thrilled to have been voted Nottingham’s Family and Pregnancy Photographer of the Year by Lux Magazine.

My Clients

I have photographed hundreds of parents to be and their bumps, newborn babies, children and families, both outdoors in the stunning countryside of Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire or in my boutique studio nestled within easy reach of rail, tram and motorway links.  

In 2020 I expanded into small business branding photography, which I absolutely love.  I know that no one else understands the rollercoaster of being a small business owner better than a fellow business owner.  I knew I could help and support these clients to flourish within their business lives as well as family life, with my photography.

As a Mum and Wife, I know many of the barriers that are stopping you from booking your session, because I have felt them too. I take the time to meet you before every session. To answer your questions, to gather ideas, to discuss every detail, to reassure you. When the day of your session arrives, you are welcomed by a familiar face and smile, not a stranger.
